BLOGGING MY COMPETITIVE EXAM PREPARATION
JOURNEY

I have seen a lot of study vlogs, study motivation vlogs, so me of these videos titled “My life as a JEE aspirant or NEET aspirant on YouTube and always loved it. I thought I need to be consistent at blogging and also needed the right topic, and also, I had to develop consistency in my exam preparation. So, this idea of starting a study blog series popped up in my head, this way I will both be recording my journey and also be putting forward my views about the content I studied that week and thereby helping myself to invest much more time on a topic, which will ultimately become a part of revision as well. (I hope it doesn’t end up like the milk maid story!😅) This idea having multiple advantages if it goes as planned, I am sure I will achieve consistency in life!
So, I need
to get into IISc right after my UG, and do my PhD in Ecology, this is all that I
have in my mind, now I have two ways, one by giving IIT JAM BIOTECHNOLOGY, and
achieving a good All India Rank, good enough to get me into IISc and joining
the integrated PhD program, the other way I am not very sure about is through
CSIR NET, and straight away doing PhD after my UG as per the latest news by the
UGC grant commission, according to which students with a 4 years bachelor’s
degree and 75% marks can straight away give NET exam and do PhD, but the
problem here is mine is a 4 years bachelors degree but it is an integrated course,
will that matter? I am currently doing BSc, B.Ed. LIFE SCIENCES. If someone can
guide me with this please comment and let me know. So, I don’t know if I am
eligible for appearing for CSIR NET LIFE SCIENCES after my UG itself, since the
syllabus of IIT JAM, my UG course content and also CSIR NET XL is coinciding I have
made a decision to prepare for both the exams simultaneously.
So, this
was about the description of my current plan, I have started multiple blogs and
story scripts but never have I completed one, I just hope I am able to be
consistent at this blog series.
So, the
content you will get to see in this blog will be my plan for the week, how much
I was able to succeed, how well I accomplished my task, also topics that
interested me the most, some really interesting topics will come out as
articles, my notes of the week and the mistakes I did.
I will be keeping my goals practical, prioritizing the semester exam subjects I have that week, to be more consistent at contributing to my competitive exam preparation. This week I have SEC ZOOLOGY PRACTICALS-SERICULTURE, BOTANY THEORY AND I HAVE CHEMISTRY THEORY next Monday (27-05-24), so I will be studying my semester exam contents, which also has topics relating to the syllabus of IIT JAM and CSIR NET, and there will other topics too, which may not be useful now but will help me sometime in life so I will be studying them too. So, this basically is like an online diary recording my life as an IIT JAM and CSIR NET aspirant. Let me title this blog series as THIS CHAPTER IN MY LIFE IS CALLED – THE EXAM PREPARATION PHASE😅, and the title is subject to change when I think of a better name.
So, the

5. VASCULAR TISSUES
6. ANATOMY OF STEM, ROOT AND LEAF OF

This may include some topics in very much detail, some others in brief,
depending on the demands of the exam I may later study some topics in detail. I
need to cover all of these topics this week and I will share my updates next
week. Every Sunday I have taken up a commitment to post my update on the
concepts I have built that week. I am taking my little steps hoping to learn
something which is going to be useful to me someday in my life.
The ultimate goal behind this blog series is to develop consistency and
discipline in life!
This series will help me track my progress and reflect upon my
shortcomings too.
